Responsibilities and Duties

Need to Balance competing demands to ensure application development objectives are achieved.
Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable Java code
Translate designs and Wire Frames into high performing quality code
Requirement gathering and documentation and therefore commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and creating quality products is essential.
Work with outside data sources and APIs
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Required Minimum Experience of 1 years
Proficiency in Java and android architecture
Should have a good knowledge of Java, Kotlin, C++ libraries, Android UI Design Principles.
Good knowledge of SQLite Database and local database management.
Vast expertise in Push Notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging and integration of third party services.
Working knowledge of general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging Technologies.
Understanding of memory management and multi-threading frameworks specific to mobile devices.- XML, JSON and Web Services.
Familiar with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Strong knowledge of Android UI design Principles and Patterns.
Experience working with a source code repository (GitHub or SVN)
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Familiarity with the use of additional sensors..Eg: gyroscopes and accelerometers.
Prototype new ideas and explore new technologies that are at the forefront of mobile app development.
