Process: DomesticChat. (Work From Office)

Eligibility: Minimum 12th Pass.

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication. (Post Graduate and Diploma freshers would not do.)

Shifts: 24/7* Rotational Shifts - 9 hours shift, of which 8 hours login and 1 hour of break.
Candidate should be comfortable working in Night Shifts. (Shift changes after every 3 months)

Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days consecutive off (not necessarily Saturday/Sunday).

Transport: During the day there is no pick and drop available (any shift between 8 AM to 8 PM)
Any shift that starts or gets over between 8 PM to 8 AM will get both pick and drop.

Night shift allowance: 115Rs per night.

Traveling allowance: 1,500Rs per month.

Candidate Should:

Have Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
Have the Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.
Have the ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
Be flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events.
